How to organize your desk items to prevent injury
Where you place your work items on your desk can impact the way your body feels through the day. Moving your body more than necessary, such as when over reaching or bending, can lead to fatigue and or long term injury. Reaching above shoulder level can put strain on the neck and shoulder muscles and bending to reach can cause lower back pain.
The goal when setting up your workstation is to keep most used items close to you.
