“Ever since the pandemic hit I’ve had to work from a desk and sit wayyy more than usual. ”I don't normally give 5 stars but I received 5 star treatment.
Having to work from home was causing eye strain, neck pain, headaches, shoulder pinching and my legs were getting tingles.
I heard about ErgoTherapy and signed up for their consultation. Pricelda was easy to work with and her process was super easy too. I was able to send her some photos (with the help of my husband to take photos) of me working at my desk. Based on the photos, she was able to evaluate me virtually and sent me a robust list of option for an ergonomically friendly work-from-home setup. In addition, her tips on interim exercises are very helpful and have reduced my strain.
Also, I should note - I have a son that I teach at home during this time. Pricelda was able to identify a desk that could move up & down so that I could work, and when I was done, the desk could be lowered to match my toddler's size and needs.

“Working remotely from home, I was getting neck pain and did not have a good desk setup. I did a video conference with Pricelda and quickly became aware that my posture was incorrect, hunched over my desk to look at a small screen. I also learned that the height of my desk in relation to my chair needed adjusting. With her recommendations, I made small changes that made a big impact and relieved my neck pain. She also gave me an in depth assessment report afterwards which included specific stretches and work tools to improve my setup significantly. Highly recommend!”

“I loved my assessment session with Ergotherapy. I felt my lower back and wrist hurting a few times per week due to sitting too long in front of the computer and it did not let me focus 100% on my work. During the session, Pricelda guided me on how to improve the workspace I already had by adjusting the table, chair, keyboard, mouse and monitor. I felt improvement right away during the session and by now, after a week, no more pains, and I'm getting way more things done (saving me a few hours per day). Oh, no needed to buy new equipment (they recommend if you have a budget, but it's not necessary). I will highly recommend their service to my clients and friends.”
