Step 1: Book a 45 min appointment (which goes surprisingly fast)
Step 2: Send pictures of you working at your workspace (instructions will be emailed to you, it’s easy promise)
Step 3: Join Zoom meeting to talk about your current job tasks and pain points while our professional recommends office equipment adjustments (new equipment only if necessary), wellness at your desk/home, productivity tips and lastly easy stretches/movements to boost results.
Step 4: Receive a summary report with all of the details discussed and links for new items, if applicable, within 48 hours.
